The Band has acquired a solid reputation for its hard working and professional approach. Original members ALISON MITCHELL (singer/keyboard) and WIDO PEPPINCK (singer/guitarist) are considered to be amongst Perth's finest musicians and provide an amazingly wide repertoire of songs ranging from soft ballads and dinner music to full on dance music from the 1950's to the present. The band's extensive experience extends to providing music which complements client theme nights and has been a popular attraction for Corporate bookings.

NEARLY FAMOUS are a popular band which has successfully performed throughout Western Australia in the Corporate functions area for clients such as Crown Casino, Woodside, Perth Zoo, Jaguar Car Club, City of Swan, British Car Club, City of Stirling, etc as well as for clubs and quality venues throughout Western Australia. The Band has previously held residencies at Perth's Burswood Casino Resort (now Crown Casino), Hyatt Hotel and Mandurah’s Atrium Hotel. They continue to perform in Clubs and at Private functions in Western Australia on a regular basis.
